Gijo Paul George is an Architect and Photographer based in Kuwait and Portugal. Originally from Cochin, India he completed his Undergraduate Degree in Architecture from the University of Kerala and went on to practice architecture in various Architecture firms in India and Kuwait.

In 2011 he gained his Master’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Strategies from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria (DieAngewandte). 

In 2012 he co-founded the experimental architectural practice, Studio Toggle with fellow DieAngewandte graduate Hend Almatrouk and has since been active in the architectural scene of Kuwait and Portugal. 

Photography, especially architectural photography has always been a passion for Gijo and since 2013 he decided to pursue that passion professionally. For Gijo, his passion for Architecture and Photography goes hand in hand and he believes that being equally involved in both fields makes him a better Architect, and a better Photographer. 

His other fields of interests include vintage Leica’s,  film and analog photography, backpacking and EDM
